::I tried to withdraw money with my german visa card. The ATM didn't give back the card and I asked for them to open the machine and return the card. The people working there were not particularly polite, neither was the service in any way professional. The employees didn't take the responsibility and cared just enough to make a phonecall to the company responsible for the ATMs. I must say that I'm rather disappointed After taking the advice of my german bank I had to block the card with all the difficulties resulting from this. No further information was given.
