::1. The only bank in the world that will make money out of nothing: They will tax your refund by 0.5%. If a vendor gives your money back, DSK bank will charge you half of a percent. What a shame! 2. The dskdirect app is the worst ever. 3. They never listen to their clients, they refuse to evolve and adopt latest technology. Consequently, the only thing they are good at, is to never fail to disappoint.

::The bank branch on Parcevic Street has a disorganized staff. I also do not understand the point of issuing a queue number, if no rose order is observed and people WITHOUT number are sorted. TWO counters are open during peak hours. The tails are huge and the service slow. I'm glad DSK is not my bank, but I was there to get my EHR.
