::We enjoyed our time here. There is a large outdoor seating area near the city hall and its fountain. There is also an upstairs seating area with nice views as well, although that area is not as nice as it could be due to the cheap lighting and strange color choices. Prices are decent, in line with the area.

::Nice place in the middle of the "Old Plovdiv" where you can relax,drink some coffee(or) and whatever you can wish. Nice and polite staff makes you feel comfortable and the view ahead with those cute fountains just give you the feeling of freshness which you could experience all day after the pleasant start with the cup of your "Dreams Cafe" day starter !!!
