::As an official Apple Service for Bulgaria, they aren't doing their job. Had a strange issue with my IPhone 6s Plus, apparently the battery was draining too fast(3-4 hours with normal use). As it was under warranty I took it to them. After a week they called me to inform me that my IPhone is ready and the problem is fixed, as a reason for the drain was using the IOS 10 beta 3. After taking it the problem was still there. Took it for a second time. Again after a week they informed me that the phone was fine and there are no battery issues. However, the problem still remained. Apparently the only test they make is running a 7 hour video to test the battery. Really dissapointed and definitely don't recommend using their services. Better go to a third party service.

::Our company ordered a new MacbookPro from this shop and they delivered one which was with 47 battery cycles already, which is unacceptable. I hope that Apple will stop working with them, so they won't be able to sell crap to the customers.
