  I left my snowboard jacket with 4 lift passes and BGN 5 in my sleeve pocket. When I received the jacket, I realized that there was no sign of them. I talked to the employee and their boss. When they explained to me what it was for someone to steal them and I had not announced that they were there, I could not prove anything. Disgustingly impudent and thieving staff!

  After a long tour of dry cleaning all over Sofia with an expensive coat and refusals to accept it from everywhere, I came across great professionals and extremely attentive and kind girls in MALL SOFIA, who accepted it for me. The coat was cleaned perfectly without any remarks. I am very pleased and will continue to use their services.

  Extremely insolent female employees, every time I bring them a jacket or coat they pass me by the numbers, that it was for some special machine (with hydrocarbon and whatnot), at which every time they tell me crazy prices (from the last case -30BGN for a jacket that has no fluff or skin, but has a wad inside and nothing special when washing them) Every time they look at each other's employees, they wonder how much it costs, how much it costs, this sign of what it was, how they can't give me a guarantee, it was very specific, and so on, with the assumption that my clothes are not the highest class, and finally "great" prices rush me. I mean to leave a genuine leather garment with fluff, wool, cashmere or other more sophisticated fabric to give that money. For me, they just cheat on prices and customers, and their bosses, and make up the difference for them. You lost me as a customer.
