  Garbage. Time wasters. Barely know basic English. Online booking will have all of these people fired and it cannot happen soon enough.

  1. Local trains are always late - we used them 3 times and every time 30-35mins late (the journey itself tooks 2-2,5 hours). 2. Personal does not speak English or Russian. They even don't try, as I saw it in Istanbul. 3. They do not know international trains in Bulgaria and can not explain me about train what I need. 4. On cash desk they can say to you: it is better to take a bus there or Turkish trains are better than ours. 5. In international cash desk they could not give you a change (I realised after), what was 0,5 leva. 6. You can pay by credit card (at least I saw on International cash desk).

  Aside the wrong edit of the name, it's a good underground station. Delays of trains are possible but not common. Weekend schedule is shorter compared to the weekdays. It's safe and secure. Cashiers do not speak English however you can count on the ticket machines. ;)

  Although the place is clean and nice I was taken by surprise by the impoliteness of the luggage-store-stuff. They tricked me like a cheap seller on the street and took me 3€ instead of 3 Lev. After I recognized they pretended to be incapable to speak English. Still it was my mistake but this is not the way you expect to be treated at such a nice and modern place.
