  Не изпращайте писма извън България от този клон. Две писма до САЩ, нито едно не пристигна. От поща в Пловдив безпроблемно пристигнаха след месец.

  I have to visit this branch every month, there has never been a case in which they are kind! They shout at the old people, they behave ugly! Today I am coming for the second time, yesterday they had no money and I have been waiting for 40 minutes to be served, no one gives you information, obviously I will come for the third time !!! Crazy work !!!
