::We are in Veliko Turnovo at the moment and the hotel doesn't appear occupied at the moment. We had looked at staying here so we were interested in looking at it. There is building material inside when you look through the window and the entrance is closed. Very strange!

::Do not stay in this hotel under no circumstances! Unfortunately, I had the experience to do that mistake. Rooms are small, disty and moldy, haven't got a clue last time they were cleaned. FO team looked under pressure and a heavy negative presence was felt at all times. You'd get much better experience for that value everywhere else!

::Perfect location: old town, fortress. Room was decorated classic style. Bathroom clean and big. Service: very friendly and good english. Recommend staying.

::Terrible service. Manager/owner was rude, aggressive and hostile. He even threatened us that if we didn't cancel our reservation (which we already used), "we would see" (a great expression used by Bulgarian mobster-businessmen).
