  Very bad service. Slow, expensive and the packages arrive broken if they arrive at all. Don't use it this company needs a deep reform.... Fist time I used it to receive a package the content was stolen and the package was return to the sender empty. Second time I use after 3 years I send package that arrive total destroyed.... Terrible service, just terrible....

  Feel back in soviet times. Seven old ladies talking to each other pretending you are not there until you give up on what you want to do. Not prepared for the XXI century.

  Bulgarian state post office that work also on Sunday ! Here you can buy a E-vignettes, pay your water supply, electricity bills, send money tru Easy Pay. And picking up your parcels from abroad, documents, letters of course.

  Located in the middle of sofia city center, slightly difficult to car parking but nice place and friendly staff, well organized desk with own category. whenever visit here, feel so comfortable!!

  The only post office I've experienced anywhere in the world that is open on Sunday! Sure, the staff is grumpy... But who would come here expecting good customer service? No problems communicating in English.
