  Completely unprofessional attitude and disrespect for the client - can you not select your staff and not be careful when performing human skin procedures ?! Employees who do not even speak Bulgarian to explain what they do to your skin, not to mention that they are obliged to first ask before certain procedures - you knowingly allow this to happen in your salon, it is unacceptable!
