::In August I was visiting this location with my Bulgarian wife. We have had an opportunity to speak with Private Client Relations Manager, a middle aged lady sitting in top left corner when entering a building. Lady was arrogant and speaking to us sarcastically. Furthermore, she was not speaking English, not German so we communicated in Bulgarian. It was very bad because my wife have had to translate whole communication. My overal rating for this location is bad due to terrible customer service they are providing there.
