  This hotel is far away from 4 stars hotel. The all common species are smelling bad and look old. The room is big but also old and smells. The breakfast was awful, everything seemed like cooked few days ago and served there cold and on top of everything full with flies. The pool outside was big and clean, many people from outside visiting it and was impossible to have lounge chairs. The jakusi was for additional payment (not included in the price per night)??? Inside the SPA center included big pool, one sauna and one steam bath, were clean at least. The only positive is good location with mountain views and the clean water in the pools.

  A very good spa center. The water is warm enough in the indoor pool and the pool is big enough to swim- midle size pool. The outdoor pool is bigger, but work only during the summer. You can order a lunch menu in the restaurant from noon up to 17 p.m. The rooms are clean, very well furnished. There is an outdoor sun beds in a beautiful garden. The view is great.

  Nice and quiet place. Kinda outdated interior that definitely needs refresh but the pool is great when not overcrowded. Prices are reasonable. Pesonal is nice, SPA is good. Hotel is kids friendly! Will visit again.

  Great spa, water is warm and the place is relatively clean and modern. The restaurant was good too. And something quite rare in BG - the staff appear to care that you are having a good time

  Excellent service from the staff. Beautiful view from the rooms. Quiet and beautiful town. Do not miss the chance to visit.
