::If I could give negative points, I would do so. I have never seen such a bad service. We waited half an hour just to have our order taken. We had to literally beg to have the food brought to us. The salads appeared after we had finished the rakia. We then waited about an hour for the main dishes. When we asked why the food is not coming, the waiter explained that there are too many visitors and that some had ordered the food even before arriving. When the food arrived, it was cold! When we paid, we were not given the change back. This is definitely the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my life! Никога не съм била свидетел на толкова лошо обслужване в ресторант! Първо чакахме половин час да се появи някой да ни вземе поръчката. Напитките бяха донесени сравнително бързо - след 20 минути. След това буквално трябваше да се молим да ни донесат храната. Вече бяхме изпили ракията, когато най-сетне се уредихме със салата. Около час след салатата все още нямаше основно ядене. След като протестирахме, ни беше обяснено, че имали много гости и някои си били поръчали вечерята още преди да дойдат и затова нашата се бавела. Когато храната дойде, беше студена! Когато заплатихме, дадохме по-голяма сума, но ресто не ни беше върнато, нито ни бе дадена касова бележка. Никога повече в това подобие на ресторант. Такова обслужване имаше при социализма.
