  I start by clarifying that I have not shopped from the store and this is the opinion of a person who loves animals. For starters, I will say that unfortunately, this is one of the stores that can be added to the already shrinking list of pet stores that display animals in glass boxes in the window. This is a rather dubious, to put it mildly, practice that contributes only to the financial well-being of the store, at the expense of the physical and mental condition of the animals on display. As a human being, we think that we live in a time when one is watching a live landing on Mars, and an ordinary pet store cannot put the animals in a place that is good for them and put monitors with a live connection ... Not to mention that the day I saw the animals in the window, it was hot. And lastly, one of the photos shows. There was a rather large dog in one of these boxes, which he probably didn't like very much. Paradoxically, people selling animals and products for them, perhaps their first priority, is not animal welfare. I'm not talking about the sellers in the store, because it's clear that they don't make the decisions and the profit after that.

  Quite a cool place, with a crowded shop where you can find everything for your animals with an assortment of high and middle class food, accessories, leashes, treats, there is an office where you can examine your dog, kitten, guinea pig or bunny.

  Staff are lovely and always helpful. they always have a great knowledge of items in the shop. A few times I've asked for something specific and no problem for the staff.

  Since the beginning of the state of emergency, I have been ordering even though they do not have an online store. I call the number listed in Google and order what I need. When I can and visit their sites. 🐶🥰 Very nice people and extremely fast delivery - today I ordered around noon and 2 hours later the bags were delivered home. I am fascinated by the attitude to customers in every detail - smiling staff, and always give small treats to my dog. Thank you! ❤️

  Scam Scam They sold me a Boston terrier at 800 lev when he had one month old and told me it’s a French bulldog and when I asked them about the passport they gave the vaccination book
