  Lol everyone who submitted good reviews don’t know what they are talking about, the men’s section lacks inventory, this is the most under stocked Zara I have been to with old old collections. There was one guy walking around, I didn’t even know he works in the store until I saw him going in the back. Had to approach him to get help. Yes he was helpful but none of the employees have name tags, how does one recognize them. Decent prices but quality seems low

  Warm atmosphere.. both male and female clothes, bags, shoes ranging from cooperate suits to casual jeans.. very supportive and friendly staffs.. the only "not so cool thing" is that the changing room is set up in such a way that the women have to go downstairs while the male upstairs and the floors being kinda slippery but besides that, nice place

  Чудесно място за един добър бранд. Харесвам ми, че е просторен, през повечето време е подреден и персоналът е доста отзивчив. Има само дамска и мъжка конфекция, но хубавото е че можеш да вземеш он-лайн поръчка на място от магазина. Винаги разполагат с най-новите неща или бързо те насочват къде могат да се намерят.

  Deze Zara in Sofia is bijna identiek aan de Zara in België: zelfde producten aan dezelfde prijzen, wat naar Bulgaarse normen dus zeer duur is. Natuurlijk is deze winkel 100% op de toeristen gericht, op de 'Meir' van Sofia. Voor interessante aankopen te doen, moet je het toeristisch centrum even verlaten. Vlakbij vind je tientallen winkeltjes met kledij en schoenen aan 'normale' Bulgaarse prijzen. Naar onze normen goedkoop dus.

  Ausreichend große Auswahl für Männer. Die Kassiererin vergaß, den Diebstahlschutz zu deaktivieren, weshalb ich beim Verlassen des Geschäfts nochmals durchsucht wurde. Sehr unprofessionell und nervig.
