::The Nova Team are hands down, top class professionals - I have taken my cats to Nova, for medical purposes and for the hotel services. Everytime I have had to leave my animals at the vets or hotel, I leave in the confidence that they will be well cared for and loved. Each member of the team is friendly, empathetic, supportive and always willing to help, either face-to-face or over the phone.

::Nice staff overall, polite an seemingly knowledgable vets. Never had a problem getting a last minute check up of my pets. Zoo store inside the clinic closes very early though
