  Well, I went with a prescription for a drug that wasn't available and I had to order it. I was told that it costs over BGN 30, so I left a BGN 20 deposit. The next day I realized that the doctor had prescribed me a little "butcher" and that I would not take it at all. I was even ready to lose my deposit. To my surprise, the man who had taken my deposit returned my money ... Yes, he was not happy to do it, but he did it without asking. This left a very good impression on me as well. I felt that the client was really important to them and that these were not just words that had no application in their work.
