::The shop assistent doesn't have clear idea about the products in the shop. She also says that you can return the product but this is not quite true. When we went back to the shop to return the shoes we had bought the other day other rules occurred. We went three times to the shop and every time we were receiving different information regarding our problem. We waisted a lot of time dealing with it. After all I don't recommend this place! Since I can't write a comment below the reply of the owner I will do it by editing this one here. I have never had a scandal with the shop assistant in this shop! I was willing to help and find a solution. There were long letters from the owner about how my friend would have gotten the money back in one month and things of the sort. Then "because of our bad behavior" (it was like we were in first grade) he was writing that he was not going to give the money back. Not to mention that nobody has behaved badly! Mister Koleshev, don't say that you have compromised this deal for the replacement. This was the least you could do for us as clients after all. My friend was going 4 times back and forth to this shop for nothing because you said that he could bring the shoes back and your assistant said so as well. It was turning out that he couldn't. My comment up there is very mild. I didn't want to argue with you. I was expecting you to say that you feel sorry for the inconvenience but instead of this you are accusing me of things I haven't done- a scandal. This again shows how unprofessional you are and that you deserved this One star. Good luck next time when you try to make your clients happy with fake promises, lies and BAD BEHAVIOR!

::The seller was so unsure about anything we asked and did not seem willing to do anything to make the customers feel fine that we preferred to get outta there as soon as possible. It was like he was afraid of us, the customers and wanted us to leave him alone at his comfort...
