  Guests were not met at the hotel, after the long trip by bus, there was no help from solvex. People were in the street from 6 in the morning

  We chose Thassos for our vacation this year. Overall, we are not satisfied with any of the tourist services. I start from that there is no agency guide on the bus program. Every question asked by a tourist is answered in a cracked manner and I would say rudely "I don't know, I don't do these things." Most of the time there is some chaos regarding the allocation of seats, vacations, etc. On the way back, the driver was extremely rude and even allowed himself to raise the tone, which I found to be utterly inadequate and beyond normal. On several occasions, it seemed that the navigation did not know where to go because we stopped, turned, and then continued in a different direction. I also note the moment when some of the passengers asked for a toilet stop and were stranded in the middle of the road. in some bushes .... Otherwise, the bus was clean and comfortable overall, we had no problem with the transportation other than improper behavior. Regarding the hotel - quite mixed emotions. Nothing to do with the photos on the website. We were housed in a building other than the main one, at least I personally did not see it described anywhere. The rooms were narrow, almost on the ground floor, and this led to interesting adventures with lizards (I mention it in case anyone has the same intolerance to these animals). On the other hand, the hotel staff was lovely - helpful, polite and smiling (even almost at the end of the summer season). The manager is Bulgarian, you can easily get along with him, he cooperates and helps with everything, he is hospitable and positive. The food is simple but delicious. The hotel is in a convenient location - a few steps from the beach and meters from the shopping street. In general, everything will be great if they change the room's photo material, because the difference is really mind-blowing. For the final - we will think a lot next time whether we will choose the same agency for future travel ....
