  Service at reception and call: 1 Specialists review: 5 So, overall 3 It takes about 6 calls to manage to get an appointment, and you should make your appointment 2 weeks earlier. Of course, it depends which specialist you want to see, but the ones who are really good have 2 weeks booked in advance. And when you are there, you still have to wait. If the professionals of the clinic were not that good, I would never do that to myself. However, I don't know a better option.

  DON'T go there if you value your time. Clinic opens at 08:00, I had an appointment with Dr. Iliev (Surgeon) at 09:00. By 09:00 he still hadn't arrived to work and there were 2 patients still waiting for him from 08:00. Don't leave your money with this "clinic".

  Total disregard for their clients' time. Already a few times we would call Thorax to take our kids for an examination, on a business day, and they advise that we should go there at e.g. 9am. Once we get there we learn that "Doctor will be late" and should only hope to see them at 10am - without a certain guarantee. Such a behavior is inexusable and completely intolerable. It is an understatement to say that I am aggravated by such "professional" behavior.
