  I'd say it's great for our standard and although I don't like the area, it is easier to reach with public transport (subway). It is cozy, and it does need a renovation, but it serves it's purposes well enough despite that.

  It looks like it used to be a nice theater, but no renovation, or anything else was done in the past 40 years...

  Nice building. Can accommodate a lot of people. The stage is also big enough. The biggest problem is the lack of parking space. It is a great challenge to find where to park.
