  I was examined by an orthopedist, they took a picture of me and prescribed the necessary treatment. I'm happy, spend about 2 hours in the MC, because there were many patients, but it was worth it.

  NON-professional telephone service. I was assigned an hour after a week and a half, provided that it should be done as soon as possible after the relevant examination within 24 hours to be effective and make sense to do at all. The price was doubled and above. The woman I talked to was rude and disinterested, the attitude towards the clients is not important for this hospital and this is unacceptable, there is no good communication with the clients and there is no elementary courtesy. Very disappointed. I would not trust people with such an unprofessional attitude. Now they have moved to Cherni Vrah Blvd., the above-mentioned address is their old address. Apparently they have a bad reputation in general and are trying to clean it up, but with such staff they are unlikely to succeed. Disappointing that there is still such a first bit service.

  Don't think that pouring out a hat will get you quick and polite service! Today I waited over 20 minutes before the registry to register me for tones and when they nevertheless turned my attention it turned out that "in principle there is a doctor to read the tones, but not at the moment!" ... however, should I pay and wait ?! I asked how long, there was no answer! Unkind!

  I do not recommend it to anyone. The hour is between 1 and 2 hours and the staff is rude and disrespectful.

  We had an appointment with the doctor at 12.30 in their clinic in General Toshev str. After 1 hour we are still waiting... If you want to waste your time and energy and that of your wife it's your place. Concertamos una cita a las 12.30 en su clínica en la calle General Toshev, esperamos más de una hora y seguimos esperando. Una clínica genial para perder el tiempo, con una pésima organización. Дадоха ни час за 12.30 в тяхната клиника в ул. Ген. Тошев и един час по късно още чакаме. Не ги препоръчвам освен ако обичате да ви губят времето си.
