::Ordered a Frappucino, I told them to not add ice to the drink and they refused. They said, ' we cannot not add ice to the blender when making this drink'. I have ordered from over 100 different Starbucks store in my entire life, and this is a first. What a joke. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

::Sitting outside on a busy street is not my favorite but if you are in need of a coffee or wifi and you are somewhere around, it's okay. There are lots of varieties of coffee, so if you are into American coffee with some maple syrup, this is the place. If you like espresso, is not something special.

::The girl behind the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional to the customers. She was yelling at them for no reason. Terrible customer service. Our drinks weren’t made properly either. I’ve been in other Starbucks in Sofia with both wonderful service and drinks, but at this place the service is really really bad .
