  Frendly people working there. There is a cafeteria where clients are also allowed. Beautiful aquarium to enjoy while waiting on a queue.

  Готини хора, много мили и отзивчиви, доволна съм от обслужването. Дават 2 години гаранция на всички оригинални части. Политиката им за намаления на коли над 4 години идва доста изгодна за бюджета.Чака се за части, нормално е да ги няма на склад , просто такава им е логистичната политика.

  One has to do what their car needs them to :) I am happy with the dealers, and the insurance offers and service are pretty good - they offer discounts and remind me of forthcoming down-payments. Never had any troubles about that. But be cautious with the body shop workers, as I witnessed a case when a car's back bumper had been scarred with hot iron (or something of the sort). That was accidentally, of course, however instead of picking his car repaired, the owner had to fight with the workers to prove his point. Hmm, just be alerted when picking up.
