  I met with a mishap, and Sixt has been the understanding and helpful. Thank you so much. I really appreciate it a lot, from the bottom of my heart. Would really love to rent with them again if I'm travelling in Sofia and would recommend anyone to go with them. Thanks once more! 🙏

  Bad service. Don't pick up the phone at all. We had to walk all the way there and the lady was very unfriendly and unhelpful for further questions. It turns out that you cannot rent a car here but only at the airport. Thats the only thing this lady could tell us. So do yourself a favor and do not go there!
