  A short summary of what happens to your taxes. You wait hours in emergency. People working in emergency service are very rude. They order people instead of explaining. I will come here again only in an ambulance, not on my feet.

  Под всякаква критика! Отвратителна болница. Никакво отношение към пациентите. Пълен непукизъм. Дано не ви се налага да попадате там! A message to all people: DO NOT USE THIS HOSPITAL! Words cannot begin to describe how unprofessional this so-called “hospital” is! Where should I start??? 1. The staff! Simply put... They don’t care! It doesn’t matter whether you are an old lady who cannot move... or a young person only in for a quick test. They will not smile.. they will not help you or your family at any point. They will shout... they will ignore you... they won’t even help put on a sock for someone (my wife) who just had a knee operation! Only one doctor seemed competent... and thankfully that was my wife’s surgeon. All others do not want to be there! 2. Total Incompetence! During the evaluation phase before the surgery... many tests were taken. Lots of questions asked by lots of angry doctors... great fun! But then... to our utter disbelief, we noticed that 3 doctors who had been analysing my wife’s knee had been describing THE WRONG LEG!!! Despite explaining many times: “LEFT knee” they proceeded to write “RIGHT knee!” Imagine that??? 3. The Conditions! Not acceptable! Bring your own bed covers, sheets and pillows... because you’ll need them! Don’t trust any of their sheets... they look dirty and if they do their washing with the same enthusiasm as looking after their patients... then they probably don’t wash them at all! 4. The Food! Wow! Just wow! We saw food being wheeled on a trolley... with NO COVER... with sick people walking past coughing non-stop and nurses cleaning HUMAN EXCREMENT right next to it! Don’t touch it! Don’t eat it! I would not even give that food to a street dog! There are many more subjects and complaints, but just thinking about them makes my blood boil! Looking back, the warning signs where there. And if we would’ve read these reviews 2-3 days ago, we would’ve cancelled my wife’s operation. I sincerely hope their incompetence does not affect my wife’s knee or recovery... and if that’s the case we will have been lucky! I am writing this review so you and your family understand the stress and worry this “hospital” will cause you BEFORE you decide to enter. You deserve better!

  The yard of the hospital needs attention and cleaning but the doctors and nurses are good professionals
