  No WiFi,no coffee or tea faculties in room,food is rubbish and there is no bar

  The food is good, so are the rooms. The area is fine, being close to Pamporovo and Mechi Chal. The hotel offers a lot of things like a spa, swedish buffets and good-sized appartements. Would recommed if visiting Chepelare, definetely a way cheaper option than Pamporovo!

  Rooms are big but unpleasant. The pool is dirty, iron stuff is coming out of the jacuzzi. The dinner is one of the worse seen. No one cleaned the ice around the hotel, hence it was quite risky to walk, not to mention trying to enter in the car parking. I had to park on the street in front of the hotel. No shuttle to the ski slopes.
