::I booked an appointment for a view . The agent call me back and we agreed on a day of the viewing just to make sure that everything 's fine. I didn't get a call back so , I called him. He said he has no idea who am I.. What is still fine but when I tried to explain he said I called wrong number :D what is impossible as he called first and I called back the number from the phone and recognise his voice as well. When I told that he just hang up the phone. :D That is totally unprofessional and people with that manner can't work as an agent. Should fire him....
