  Hotel is situated in Arbanasi which is an unique place for its nature, climate, history and view to Veliko Turnovo (3 km ). Good hotel and restaurant. Friendly staff. Delicious meal.

  I have been there for a conference in July 2018. The stuff was very friendly, the food delicious, service was also very good, the rooms were clean, serviced every day. The outdoor pool was clean and lovely.

  About an hour after we arrived everybody was talking about how rude and insolent the women on the reception are. They even charged us 0.10 st. for a white paper (A4 format). Our room smelled like moisture. In order to watch TV we had to pay additionally. The only good thing about this place was the wedding we attended there. The staff in the resturant was very kind and nice.
