::Nice hotel, only if hotel manager was nicer. We stayed in hotel for few days, and in the last day morning discussing with the incharge person at desk , we asked late checkout The manager said that we shall take out the luggage and when we return in evening a room will be provided for us for shower before heading home. We got back at 1700, asked for the room for shower, but the peple there said "sorry we closed all, you should go out without shower ". We asked to discuss with manager that promised us - after 20 minutes waiting (as he didnt answer the woman who called him) he answered and said he didnt promise anything. So in other words he called me a liar... We asked at least for other option to shower somewhere in spa or whatever, but he said no.. sorry no towels.. he "didnt promise towels". Seriously ?? This is a hotel manager or a cheap motel manager ? Eventually after 1 hour arguing some nice lady found us towels and we went to shower next to pool in freezing cold water ... I recommend to think twice before accepting "promises" from manager there. Ask all in writing.

::Nice hotel. The food at the kosher restaurant is horrible, also the atmosphere and air conditioning. Rooms are nice ,food at the hotel is good . Too hot, bring shorts

::Very good hotel. 500 meters walk from gondola but provides free shuttles. Good WIFI. Comfortable rooms. Good SPA. Good service. Good restaurant. Reccomended.

::Rooms are nice, food is o.k. overall, we we're happy considering the price. The two problems we had was that there are no water to drink at dinner and the staff will not let you bring your own in. Second thing is, the hot tub was out of order.
