  Perfect hotel to visit bansko. I've been there three times already and intend to get back many more times. The stuff is amazingly nice, every request and need is being handled perfectly. The food, spa and pool are perfect.

  Great place to stay if you want to go skiing in Bansko. Exceptional service and apartments.
