::I will never set foot in this store again. On Saturday they are extremely rude, they do not work and rely on the patience of the customer and his desire to buy a product and leave a lot of money with them. It is good to undergo nerve therapy, but that is their job - to work with clients.

::Came in around 18:00. Politely began asking about insoles for my shoes (in Bulgarian) and the lady turned her eyes all the way back and let a desperate sigh. She had just turned off the machine for insole measurement. Like that’s my fault, at 1,5 hour before the store closes. I just said never mind, I’ll go to your competitor and let her wallow in her sigh. She couldn’t care less. Walked down the underpass and saw a little store with insoles. For 5 lv they gave me a diagnostic, gave me good advice AND insoles, with a really friendly service and a warm smile. That’s what I was looking for! And I didn’t find it at this store. Move along guys.
