::The procedures in this studio definitely had an effect. I did not remove my belly with diet and abdominal presses but with 10-15 procedures it became half full and the strips disappeared. In combination with the Power Plate, the body is definitely shaped as long as one has the strength that the workout is very exhausting. After such a workout it's like a squeeze out of fat misery :)
