::I share my negative opinion about the electronic portal for services of NRA Sofia Serdika. On June 28, 2017, I made payment of taxes and interest for 2016, following the instructions of the e-services portal system itself. Today, on July 11, 2017, I received a letter from the NRA that my tax obligations have not been paid off. And it turned out that again I had to spend time visiting "on the spot" to clarify the situation. Tell me can this really be the NRA's e-services portal?
