::Extremely rude and uncooperative staff, the ticket system is smart but it shows which counter is supposed to serve you, however it doesn't tell you the room. By the time you find the right room, your number has already passed and it will be your fault!

::During the past 2 years I'm vising this office regularly and I have to admit that the waiting time was maximum around half an hour. The staff is helpful and polite. However it's possible that they may not speak foreign languages.

::Nobody speaks English so have a Bulgarian speaker on standby who you can call. Other than that, everything went smooth. It wasn't a long wait and my query was taken care of quite quickly.
