I rarely have the opportunity to work with the Bulgarian institutions and am very indignant at their dysfunction and indifference. The municipality employee entered into a direct conflict with me as he began to raise tones and allegedly untrue events. I recommend that you hire authorized persons to represent you before this institution and that you do not necessarily rely on what employees say.
