::I am really disappointed with services in Metro shop in Burgas! I visit Bulgaria every summer and never faced such a rude service in my life... I am a recent traveler and have been in many countries but no one ever spoke to me like that! I and my mother was buying a fish and as people in front of us asked to clean the fish we asked the shop assistant to clean a fish for us as well, in return the man screamed at us that he is very busy ( we were the only one in the que), he shouted at us and threw the fish we chose in our shopping cart... we went to see the manager and this person was totally useless!!! Did not say a word that would make a difference! Never will come to this shop again, thank you very much for such a wonderful solution!
