  The food was terrible they only had one bar open the whole week and that was the pool bar so when it was raining you still had to go outside to get your drinks in the brochure it says they have got 3 bars but the lobby bar wasn't open all the time we were there and the sports bar didn't belong to the hotel so you had to pay for your drinks if you went in there and it was supposed to have been all inclusive. And the staff were as miserable as sin you won't get me back there

  it would be nice to have the pool open in the night time as well, at least few hours

  Was expecting more from this hotel. The food was mediocre and did not have much variety, staff was grumpy besides a few and there was a lot of noise from the hotel next door. I also found that there was not enough room for everyone at breakfast/dinner time. The room was clean, but there was something wrong with the toilet which made the bathroom floor wet everytime it was flushed. Was expecting all of the staff to speak English, this was not the case. Not going back here.

  Nice hotel and good food. Location is perfect - near the beach and centre of Sunny Beach. Staff should be more friendly.
