  I am extremely pleased with Dr. Ognyanova, who is very attentive, listens, does not interrupt and is always polite and responsive to the patient. My only remark is about the observance of the examination time - I have been visiting the center for 6 years and there has not been a single time when I have been admitted at the scheduled time. I usually wait between 40 minutes and 1 hour before being admitted. I can understand that each client needs their time to be examined, but the waiting time after an appointment is too long.

  I was examined by Dr. Jongova, manager of the Laura Center for Women. I received an extremely rude treatment from her. She doesn't listen, she speaks mockingly and with irony about the problem you went to her with. Maintains an EXTREMELY low level of hygiene during the examination. Despite the severe pain I said she was causing me, she didn't stop pushing me (on a wound after a section) and I had to push her arm to stop. I am very disappointed. I do not recommend!

  I had an appointment on October 6, 20, but when I went to the reception they told me that it was refused by M. Bakalova from DZI. The whole time I was trying to find out where the problem was, your employees saw me wondering who to call, received a call from DZI from Dr. Andreev and kept silent without calling me and explaining that the problem was solved , and I had to wonder if I should ask again if they called them, at the risk of becoming impudent. I felt like an intrusive and unnecessary client of your clinic. .I was never able to reach the doctor I had chosen after recommendations from satisfied patients.

  On the door is written working hours 18: 00h.-Mon. till Friday... At the reception I am told that they are until 19:00. the previous day, and Google says that they are until 17:00. I decide to go anyway at 17:45. is closed ... Very bad!

  Once again, I have to go to this clinic for a hospital extension during pregnancy. However, by the end of 8 months, it is not particularly convenient on the streets of Sofia with such a belly and the opportunity I have is to go there by 5 or 5 and 30 and almost never work !!! Why ??? Is this working time not to be observed?
