  A complete nightmare. I went to order a cake (and I was short on time so I couldn't go on another place) and everything I wanted was "we don't do that here, it's not possible, absolutely not". I purchased the cake (price also not very competitive) and when they went to deliver it to the restaurant, the person called me to ask me where this place is (it's a well known restaurant, and Google Maps exists...). I give 2 stars just because the cake is tasty, otherwise I'd have given one star.

  A nice place, cosy and its garden is like a tropical jungle in the center of the city. Food and cocktails are quite good, but most likely they don't pay enough to their staff or have very interesting criteria of choosing. It's not just once i have been there, it's many times and always there is some issue with rude waiters. They either try not to give you the chanhe, or are disorganised, or just after taking the order they inform you that you actually have just 30 mins, because the table is reserved even though not putting any sign in advance.

  It’s a common situation - you have to wait 10 minutes for ordering and another 10 minutes to have the bill. But cakes are good.

  Great service, great variety of cakes, ice creams and sweet stuff. The drinks were also with top quality. The prices are reasonable. Would recommend it for sure :)

  One of the servers had a really bad behaviour and yelled at us, causing a scene because we asked for the bill and we weren't sitting on her table. Food was ok but service wise I would definitely not consider going back.
