  I received two different price offers for the same service from J Point Plus offices. They couldn't tell me what the difference was even tho I was very specific. Office 2 gave me unusually high price for something that costs 4 times lower in their other office. However, I printed twice with them and every single time there was a big confusion with my order (I ordered labels & stickers). They messed up my order twice and didn't suggest to make colour proofs. I communicated with them by email and the lady couldn't answer most of my questions. Very poor service.

  This has been the worst experience in our 7 years of dealing with advertising agencies from all around the World. I will totally NOT recommend working with J Point Office 2. Our appointed Sales Expert Petya was not attentive, extremely rude, did not do any effort to help us finish our order on time. Our order was mistaken by more than 3 times the original size, and that was provided to us as information only on the last day before shipping, after the aero cargo was already set to go.
