  good asana guidance and competence, not so good in adhering to the time table posted on the website, lessons are skipped without notice or announcement, people left waiting, Availabily on phone is rare, so much so that there is actually non. Observation of the Nyamas could be improved.

  I use the case to tell how happy I am that I got into this studio. Since I have been in class I have been awakened by a deep sleep. Although I do not always do it, I feel very well not only on a physical level. I like the system that allows not only healthy and strong people to practice. I began to change many things in my way of life and thinking and felt the change.   I have been searching for a real yoga place and teacher for a long time, and was very happy that a friend brought me here! It's been 7 months that I go now and I highly recommend it! Christos is the best teacher ever!
