  pulizia pessima personale maleducato ho aspettato 1 ora alla 5 mattina perché il blocchetto della chiave era rotto mi hanno dato un Appuntamento che ho dovuto condividere e mi hanno fatto pagare il doppio degli accordi presi dopo avere litigato dalle 22:30 alle 23.45 e sto ancora aspettando la fattura dopo 2 giorni!!! Una SKIFO!!!

  Bad road to hotel. Like amount 100 meters. Inside is clean, with big bathroom.

  New and clean. No lift :(. Friendly staff.

  Hotel Incanto ... Nice rooms, everything !!! Service at a low level, without comparison to Western Europe. Hotel like a three star, but the stars are at the level of Bulgarian.
