  Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice. I bought coffee at the lobby bar and it was delivered to my room . Also the bed was comfortable.

  Not so polite guest services, the " head chef " is in appropriate in the way he demands to see your room key. The breakfast is not edible. Poor standards for a 4 star hotel. If this is the strandard in Bulgaria ... 2 stars for what should be a 2 star hotel.

  One of the nicest little hotels I've been. Amazing staff and great restaurant menu. The rooms are kept very tight and have enough space.
