  A bit run down has been a good hotel in the past but badly needs a refit, but good value and close to the center of Sofia and transport bus and train central stations

  The hotel rooms are not properly clean. The breakfast is atrocious, they might be better off not offering it and reducing the tariffs than offering such bad quality. My friend and I just had toast and jam for breakfast cuz that looked like the safest option. I refuse to believe that this hotel is worth the price. We saw other hotels in the city, comparable in price and much nicer in everything.

  Each visit I take here the better it is. I mean the staff is very nice and the price is good. I stay here no less than twice a year. Great

  Some things to be wary of for travellers: if you order your rooms with children, your children will probably be forced to sleep on the couch. There are a lot of stairs on the hotel, but it should be okay, as there is one elevator. I am not sure they clean the rooms on a daily basis, since our beds never got made, and our trash bins cleaned out. We also had a few problems with communicating, and we found some alu foil behind one of the sofas.
