  Nice big rooms, clean& modern, we only stayed one night but had a good rest

  Good sized room. Clean. Very good restaurant. Breakfast served and good selection. Friendly staff. Recommended. At dinner we ordered chicken fillet with grilled vegetables and in breakfast i had Mosley. Both were delicious.

  Room was spacious and clean but quite warm. The air con didn't seem to change temperature. The meals were good and a choice of breakfast options available in the morning, not a buffet style.

  Hotel is good , reception staff is friendly but management is not friendly and not helper. We're stay in there 5nights with myfamily. My relative's came to visit us and eat something but they don't have any table. They said all table is booked and they don't have any space for tonight. So how is possible I'm stay this hotel but I'm not eating or drinking because of them. Nobody don't give us any information. After this i was speak with manager DIANA IVANOVA but she cannot find any solutions for us . My relative's bring to see us their daughters and my nephew ( they're age 3-6 years old.)So make the imagine we are sitting outside evening time (around21.30 pm) and cold weather. Inside still empty table but nobody offer us . Was before i find inside my food some INSECT as well that time they don't care about us.Repection staff YANA is best staff in there.Management was terrible and not helpfull .NOT RECOMMENDED.My Name Is Alper and I'm stayed number 206.

  Looks nice. The personnel seems nice. The rooms look nice. The parking of the hotel is not big enough especially the parking spots; look like they are measured for small vehicles. There are also people that park at two spots for no reason. There are also people that are not staying at the hotel but also park their car there. When you get out of the parking the left turn if forbidden for no reason.
