::The rooms are decent, and they have proper heating, which is the most important on a mountain. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. I would remove one star for the bathroom in the small 2 people room and breakfast. Minus in the bedroom for 2 people is the bathroom, which is barely 3 square meters, and the shower is connected to the sink, and the sewage is the on the floor (not a proper shower room). Breakfast is not even continental, every day is different, but mostly butter and bread ans boiled egg. They bring you the small portion, there is no buffet. Tip: buy the coffee, the coffee that they give for free in breakfast is filter and not that good. There is not even milk the Cappuccino that they sell is excellent (i think it was 3BGN).

::Really nice place in a good location in the mountains with lots of options for hiking and skiing. The food in the restaurant are really tasty and the prices are very reasonable. The rooms are well equipped and very warm during the winter. And last but not least the staff is polite and helpful

::Best place to be in the Rila mountain. Perfect combination of nature and accomodation conditions. Very nice and helpful staff. There is also a resturant with great choice of food and beverages. I recommend.

::Big hotel in a very nice location surrounded by mountains and forest. The building is a bit old and the shower is connected to the sink that does not make it very comfortable to use. Restaurant serves good food and the staff is nice and polite and can speak English too. Good choices of wine too.

::Best spicy meatballs in Panichishte. The food is very good. The view from the terrace is amazing. There is an area for kids to play while you enjoy your meal, all around stellar performance. I highly recommend this place!
