  Room excellent! Modern looking, clean... The works. Nice regular breakfast bar. Nice staff But really boring TV channel lineup with a huge minus for not having the channel with football world cup games in the room but had it in the Lounge area?! For a 4-star hotel that needs to upgraded as well. All else great!

  Nice business hotel. Modern and impressive building with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and very clean. Located right next to The Mall and near to Capital Fort Business center, only a 20 minutes walk to and from Capital Fort. Not far from the airport, less then 10 minutes to the airport by taxi or shuttle bus; shuttle bus service offered for free on demand by the hotel. Free underground parking is a big plus. Breakfast is delicious and divers. Spacious meeting rooms are available for conferences. All hotel personal I came in contact with spoke English.

  As all Novotels. Friendly staff, nice rooms. Good choice if you have early morning flight to catch in Sofia. It will be perfect if few things will be changed. As hotel is so close to airport, shuttle bus service is provided, but it should be going more often than once per hour. Also service should start at least 1h earlier than 6 AM, as first flights are departing at 6 AM. Same with breakfast. 6.30 it's bit too late in such case. Hotel offers takeaway one, but it would be great even to grab a coffee and croissant before leaving so early.

  Great place to stay.... Nice and comfy, amazing staff. Only a bit far from the city centre (far far away from underground)

  It's a good hotel but too far out if you want to spend time in the City centre. There isn't much around other than a shopping mall where they have a food court. The food in the hotel is good but expensive in comparison to local restaurants. So if you need to be in this area for business I would recommend as it ticks all the box's. If not go for a city centre hotel.
