::The server lady in the restaurant was lacking professionalism and hospitality, which made me feel unwelcome. The people at the reception were the best oart of the experience. The room was fearly small, but the terrace was twice as big as the room. Parking was a challenge, as one can expect for the center of the city.

::Super hotel in the city centre, just 3 min away from main shopping street. Very good price. Great spacious and quiet appartement. Good breakfast. Definitely a recommendation from me.

::Nice small hotel with well furnished clean rooms, perfect location and very good restaurant with a garden, friendly staff everywhere. The garden of the restaurant creates an unique atmosphere with the flowers and the trees inside, the birds and the fishes. The choice of meals to be offered is very good and the food on entirely reasonable prices is tasty. The staff is polite and helpful, the orders are coming relatively quick. It is really like a small oasis in the heart of the big town and you can enjoy here the good food and the nice atmosphere.

::We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. On the last night we stayed, we gave the front desk a notice that we would checked out at 8am in the morning to catch train to Bucharest so we wanted our breakfast to move forward 15 mins earlier. The guy from the front desk said yes it shouldn't be a problem. But the next day it didn't happen so we had to wait until 8+ to get our breakfast ready. We almost got late for the train because of this. We really disappointed with the service. Please take a good care of customers otherwise this hotel will be a one star hotel only.
