  The 302 and 303 rooms have a very bad smell. Outside is nice though.

  5* for location, 4* for menu, 1* for waiters and 1* for chefs. I order sirloin viel and the waiter bring me some meet very disgusting meat full with a lot of fat. Viel sirloin is never fat!!!

  Very nice place to visit during the summer. Specially great for kids to see small animals. Great food. Every time when we come to Veliko Tarnovo and Arbanasi, we visit also the Izvora complex.

  This is a very good place to eat and to spend some quality time as the garden of the restaurant looks very nice. It's also very quiet and with lots of trees around the tables but after we got there, some kids started some karaoke party and it become a bit disturbing. Prices are good, neither low nor high. You can walk around the garden and check the animals. They said they accept all currencies but at the end when we wanted to pay in RON they didn't really wanted to take them.
